The client needed a reliable way to manage complex master data and synchronize production schedules with their physical Andon line system.

System Architecture
Hybrid architecture utilizing a Windows Forms desktop application for the operator interface, communicating with a Laravel-based Web API. Data is persisted in SQL Server to ensure consistency and reliability.
Key Tradeoffs
Chose a Windows Forms desktop app for the factory floor to ensure compatibility with existing industrial PC hardware, while using a modern Laravel API for the backend logic to allow for future web-based extensions.

Successfully deployed the system, resulting in accurate production scheduling and real-time synchronization with the Andon display boards.
